PAYMENTS & PROCESSING:
All payments are verified and processed before orders are processed. Processing time (this does not include shipping time) for beauty care products can take 2-3 business days, as all beauty care items are handmade to order or handmade in small quantities. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail or phone and refunded for the full purchase price of the item(s).
MAKING CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER:
We try our best to accommodate any changes to orders once they have been submitted, however, cannot guarantee that we will be able to make your desired change, as w are processing orders at a very fast rate. Please contact our client service line at 202-656-4290 so we may try our best to assist you.
Jungle Portfolio uses UPS and USPS as the shipping company available to our clients. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, before the order is processed. All domestic orders under $65 will be charged flat rate shipping of $8. All domestic orders $65+ will ship free. International shipping is calculated at checkout. All rates are subject to change without prior notice. Please note that shipping time is different from processing time.
We do not assume responsibility for packages once they leave our warehouse with the shipping carrier. If your package has been lost/stolen, or tracking shows that it has been in transit for several days beyond the delivery date, please file a dispute with your shipping carrier.

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. If a package is returned to our warehouse as undeliverable, you will be contacted by email or phone for address verification. If we DO NOT receive a response within (5) five days, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order, not including shipping. If you choose to have your package reshipped, there will be an additional reshipping fee.
Jungle Portfolio does not honor returns on any beauty care item. All sales are final.
Jungle Portfolio thoroughly inspects all items for quality prior to packaging. It is our utmost priority to deliver quality products to our clients. If you received the wrong product in your order, contact our client service line at 202-656-4290 to process a return of the incorrect, unopened (must have all seals and shrink bands in tact) item(s).
Due to the variance in the resolution of different computer screens, the color of our products may be slightly different in color upon receipt than what is shown on our website.

All products that are manufactured by Jungle Portfolio, LLC contain natural and organic ingredients. Cosmetics can easily become contaminated, therefore the following standard product practices should be utilized at all times:
All products should be used with clean, dry hands to prevent product contamination
All products should be kept in cool and clean environments.
Care should be taken to prevent water from entering the product.
Our products are never tested on animals.
Jungle Portfolio provides beauty care goods that are to be used for external purposes only. To prevent swallowing, choking, suffocating or other injury, the goods, including their packaging, should not be left in the presence of children, infants or pets while attended or unattended by an adult. THE PRODUCT: Apply products on a small area of the body to test for allergic reactions. Avoid contact with eyes. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you are pregnant, lactating, or have medical conditions prior to using our products. Jungle Portfolio, LLC does not assume liability for any injuries of any nature do to improper use of our products.
ESSENTIAL OIL BLENDS:
Our 100% essential oil blends can be used in an essential oil diffuser. Follow the instructions for your essential oil diffuser. Avoid contact with eyes and mucus membranes. Consult a healthcare practitioner if you are pregnant, lactating, or have medical condition prior to use. Dilute before topical use. Essential oils may cause skin irritation.

E-mail address changes/cancellations without the client updating their Jungle Portfolio account.
